Project Description: We are the general contractors on this project. We are self-performing much of the work in Divisions 2,3 and 6. The project is constructed on a cost plus percentage. We have an ongoing budget management process with the owner and the architect because we are still in the midst of changes as we proceed with the work. We are challenged to maintain the fixed budget as the owner and architect make changes as construction progresses.
