Delta State University Administration Building Cleveland, MS
	The Delta State University Administration building is a new two story brick building with limestone columns at the entrances. The exterior cornice work is architectural pre-cast concrete. Interior finishes include limestone columns, open atrium with skylight, stained/scored concrete floors, ornamental iron railings at stairs and balconies, wood millwork and casework with modern lighting fixtures. The project also includes the relocation of several major site utilities including a new chilled water distribution system and electrical distribution. The main use of the building will be to assist students with financial services, course work scheduling, degree counseling, and transfer students. A new concrete parking lot and new concrete street paving along with exterior lighting is also part of this project. The scheduled completion date for this project is November 2003.
