Project Description: 40,000 sq.ft. structural steel project with standing seam metal roof system and masonry exterior. Facility is almost entirely laboratories with some office space. Labs were extremely technical and required a lot of mechanical work. Site incorporates a 30’ retaining wall with parking and landscaping.
