Project: Location: Greenville, Mississippi Owner: Medical Development Company of Greenville Architect: Canizaro Cawthon Davis Construction Value: $ 1,462,743 Project Description: Three single story buildings consisting of one pre-engineered metal building structure approximately 4600 sf with standing seam metal roof and brick veneer and stucco exterior and interior finishes. Completed 24 days ahead of schedule. The other two buildings were a combined 7300 sf for medical offices. Building exteriors were brick, stucco and standing seam metal roofs. The interior finishes included dry wall, painting, porcelain ceramic tile, carpeting and a substantial amount of architectural millwork.
