Project Description: 36,208 sf facility was completed in 28 weeks. Foundation is concrete slab on grade with steel structural system. Facility is USDA certified with wash down/clean areas and epoxy floors. Cold storage and freezer spaces have separate envelopes and utilize composite insulated panels on the exterior. Interstitial space was allowed above all clean/wash down rooms for ease of modification. Malouf self-performed a majority of work, including a water well and waste treatment facility on site.
