Project Description: Construction of a new substation at Mill Street and Lorenzo Street. The work included site demolition, clearing and grubbing, earthwork, storm drainage, utility installation, and limestone surfacing on the four-acre site. Malouf also performed all concrete work including access aprons, containment basins with embeds, equipment pads, and 140 drilled shafts with anchor bolt assemblies totaling 1,300 CY.
