In the critical phase, Malouf’s experienced staff plan work utilizing cost estimating, value analysis, scheduling, and constructability reviews.

Malouf routinely performs in-house a full range of site development services including environmental controls, site clearing, earthwork, storm drainage, utility piping, pile driving, retaining wall construction, structural concrete, concrete pavement, and soil stabilization.

Strong leadership and timely delivery characterize Malouf’s approach to providing general contracting services. We take responsibility to implement construction contracts, manage subcontractor and supplier activities while continuing to self-perform a significant amount of the work with our in-house personnel. Services are provided through typical design-bid-build and negotiated team approaches.

Our preferred delivery system for most projects allows us to bring all of our knowledge and capabilities to the table to achieve the lowest total cost, enhanced quality, and speed delivery while  freeing our customer to focus on managing their business.
