Project Description: Malouf Construction was selected to rehabilitate an existing fertilizer storage facility at the Port of Rosedale that had experienced significant deterioration. Work included adding new structural elements to strengthen the building and warehouse bays, selective building demolition while protecting existing equipment, metal siding and gutter repair, and various site improvements.
