Project Description: Malouf was the successful bidder of the improvement project for the City of Oxford’s Waste Water Plant. The project consists of removing approximately 13,500 tons of special waste in the current lagoon, shaping and grading the bottoms and slopes of nearly the 14 acre lagoon, and pouring a concrete lined basin with (6”) of concrete. It also includes is the installation of the new aeration piping system (400 LF) of 24” D.I. piping with metering and valve vaults and associated electrical and SCADA systems.
