Project Description: Malouf Construction was the low bidder for the Statesmen Boulevard at Delta State University in Cleveland, MS. The project encompassed a new fourlane parkway to service the football stadium and reconstruction of the storm sewer system and roads surrounding the football stadium. The new construction and rehabilitation of the existing streets included lime mixing the existing subgrade which was self-performed with in house equipment and crews.
